Hi everyone this is my first post. I had papillary thyroid cancer 12 years ago when I was 26. Radical neck dissection full thyroidectomy dozen lymph nodes removed. I've been on a rollercoaster with thyroxine for all that time struggling to feel well. Just got a new diagnosis of significant endometriosis

Add Nubeqa to Orgovyx?
Age 81. I had prostate radiation in 2021, and pelvic node radiation in 2023. PSA was 3.78 in Dec 2023. PSMA PET then showed cancer growing in prostate, shrinking in pelvic node, but spread to an abdominal node. I have started ADT with Orgovyx (relugolix) and want to add an ARI. The urologist wants

Unsure of best option in early prostate cancer diagnosis.
I have had PSA tests annually for 10 years and in Oct 2023 had an elevated 6.42 result. Was referred to a urologist, whom performed a DRE. There was prostate enlargement but no tumor discovered through DRE. After discussing several options, I decided to have a biopsy on Nov 21, 2023. Dec 5, 2023,

Lupron SEs - legs
Appreciate this forum and all whom post. I’m amidst 2-year course of Lupron and experiencing persistent leg pain, worst in both Achilles tendons and calves. Recent salvage IMRT, too. Thoughts on managing such SEs appreciated. Cheers.

Cyberknife+IMRT combination treatment for High Risk PCa, that has spread to the seminal vesicle.
Has anyone done a cyberknife-imrt combination radiation treatment for prostate cancer? My PCa has spread to the Seminal Vesicle. So, instead of a planned 5 session cyberknife treatment to the prostate only ( when the PCa was thought to be confined to the prostate), my doc is putting me on 3 cyberknife

Red Light Therapy - Only Useful for a year?
I'm considering purchasing Symbyx's Red Light Helmet, and I would greatly appreciate comments by those who've used the device, since it ain't cheap. I'd also like to hear from people who've tried other red light devices. Finally, I read a comment by some neurologist saying that the red light helmets

ADT & Mets
Quick question. Let's say that you have Mets and don't know it. You think the PCa is contained because our last Pet-scan 2 months earlier said so. Are we wasting time going onto ADT if that treatment is mainly for contained PCa? Or will the ADT put a lid on the Mets wherever they are in our body?

AlteraAI test
Has anyone tried the AlteraAI test that uses AI to analyze the tumor samples and can predict the risk of developing metastatic disease after radiation for localized tumor with or without ADT. It has just been approved by Medicare. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6UOmj7z8Jw&t=10s&ab_channel=ProstateForumofOrangeCounty
