When to start treatment to ward off breast enlargement. Is it always necessary?

There’s nothing to be ashamed of. Some side effects are just more noticeable than others.

I'm glad to hear that it's rarely a problem with Orgovyx; that's new information for me. 👍

But I don't think your questions gotten answered yet.

It's been about 2 years since I was similarly concerned about the possibility for myself. There is information somewhere on this forum about preventative measures, but for the most part I forgot what they are because I didn't follow up on them for myself. You might want to try doing some search work for previous posts about it.

I think I did have some slight enlargement on Lupron, but not noticeable. Maybe I just got lucky.
