Here's what works for me... I've been able to manage (pain and discomfort) RLS a couple different ways..In the beginning I used requip and Ultram until Ultram because a so called problem drug(I never had any issues with it) I used it for a couple of years before requip became available and then used

Introduction and Preface to Comments
Hi, All. My first post. For several months, I've been reading your comments and empathizing with those who have suffered with this condition. To the extent that there is anything that may be unique to my circumstance, it may be the volume of medical experts with whom I have consulted and by whom

ADDitudemag.com. sketch.
I was referred from here to an interesting article. The 2nd article I read was a compilation of medication descriptions. It linked to a separate article for each drug. I recently refused to take vyvanse because it is under copyright and there is no generic; I refuse to participate in that system. After

DA Withdrawal
I'm now past my day 3 of the dopamine agonist withdrawal. I had been taking 0.125/0.0625 mg of Pramipex for the last seven months or so but decided to stop with the fear of augmentation and the fact that Pramipex had clearly made me dependent. A night without Pramipex started to mean that I would get

Imbruvica
My husband has been on Imbruvica for 29 days and had appointment with Oncologist today. His WBC has gone from 28,000 to 90,000 today. His Oncologist was not too concerned about the rapid increase in WBC. He said it was not uncommon to have a rapid rise when starting Imbruvica. He wants to recheck

OPIATE PAIN MEDICATIONS IN ADDITION TO THE USUAL GPA MEDS ???
As many of you know , federal and state governments in the US have severely clamped down on the prescribing of any drug in the opiate family at the same time the alcohol industry flourishes, and the medical and recreational marijuana industry is on the rise and set to financially explode in the next

Body pain after chemo?
It’s been 7 weeks since my chemo (abraxane/carbo 18 wks). I still have body pain- joints, muscles, bones all feel the same kind of achy from chemo. Is this unusual ? I am taking ultram and also Advil. The ultram works better. I am afraid they won’t rx it again this far out. I also don’t want my stomach

Opiate or not....?
Is anyone familiar with " tramadol" or " ultram" ... I was given this during detox from opiates... When I entered treatment for chronic pain in las Vegas it was told to me it is not a controlled substance. In Calif, however it is a controlled substance and my new Dr has advised against it due to addiction
