Hashimoto - how to bring persistently high Anti-TPO level down?
It indeed came out that while my hormones (TSH, fT3, fT4) all showed normal my Anti-
TPO
was very high (1712 IU/ml at that time, normal range < 5.61).

Tgb/Tpo + suppressed TSH
If TSH is deemed "suppressed" but FT4 and FT3 are 'within range' and
Tpo
is high (well above range) with Tgb on low side of range does that clearly show a definite diagnosis? Should add this is all baseline, no treatment or supplementation.

Anti-body test after 27 years?
Recently upon my request my anti-
TPO
was tested and resulted in <33 (normal range 0-60). Because diabetes type 1 is auto-immune and often goes together with hypothyroidism I always thought both were auto-immune, but I have started wondering lately.

Went Gluten Free and TPO Antibodies went from 130 to 17 in 3 months - now overmediated? Feel horrible!
Still trying to figure out why I feel so bad on and off - debilitating fatigue, head pressure, high pulse & blood pressure, body aches, cannot exercise!! Anyone out there go gluten free and have to reduce their meds due to antibodies dropping so much? I have classic symptoms of overmedication now "Thyrotoxicosis

Conversion Issues
I did have a viral infection last week that may still be working it’s way out of my system, but I don’t think that would influence free t3 or
TPO
. I may be wrong.

First blood test results
I went to the doctor 3 months ago, with a list of symptoms I thought was the menopause. He sent me for a blood test and when my TSH came back abnormal he said to get retested in 3 months, which I did last week. I have now got my blood test results from my doctor. Here’s what it says:- Free T4 14.2
