Hi I posted my recent thyroid blood results a couple of days ago. I take 1.5 grains W.P. Thyroid one grain am. and half grain early evening. Bloods taken 12 hours after last NDT dose and fasted. TSH 1.06 range 0.27 - 4.20 Total T4 47.9 range 59.0 - 154.0 FT4 9.74 range 12.00 - 22.00

Latest Thyroid Results, FT3 level low.

Charcoal
Does anyone use Activated Charcoal and has found it helps with wind? Which type do you use? How can you be sure it doesn't interfere with other meds? Can you take it long term?

Activated charcoal
Has anyone used it ? Its very good for gas and bloating - but is there any contraindication using it with PD meds ? Given that my mom has IBS, just like me - I wanted to try that on her to get rid of the bloating etc

Almost cured
Hi ive suffered RLS midly for about 20 years. Steadily got worse last year. Decided needed a good look at diet. Im not overweight, size 14-16, age 47 and height 5" 7. Cut out the caffeine, drink lots of herbal teas (previously hated them) whittled down the dairy, cut out wheat and drink at least 700ml

Son's latest TFT Results - Comments please
As mentioned in previous post, my son, aged 24, has low Vitamin D and low folate. He is always tired! Takes Levothyroxine 175mg I finally managed to get T3 test TSH 4.46 (0.3 - 5.5) has increased from 3.63 since Jan T4 15.3 (10.3 - 24.5) T3 5.4 (3.5 - 6.5) TPA

I have Hashis and just can seem to get right.
