Does anyone use Activated Charcoal and has found it helps with wind?

Which type do you use?

How can you be sure it doesn't interfere with other meds?

Can you take it long term?

Hi AfricanSheila,

I have used Braggs Medicinal Charcoal tablets for a while now and find them good, don't think there is an issue with other mess but if you are unsure you should talk to your doctor. Don't be alarmed when taking them they might make your stools darker than normal.
