PSA DROP AFTER 2nd FIRMIGON JAB
3 weeks after the first Firmigon jab my PSA dropped from 5 to 0.4 6 weeks later after the 2nd Firmigon jab, it only dropped a tiny amount to .0.34
Testosterone
dropped after the 1st jab from 13 to 0.4 and to 0.3 after the 2nd jab. Should I be concerned that the PSA has not gone to undetectible?

An update on fluoxetine withdrawal and RLS
The other change I made since last month is that I now was take ferrous sulphate every other night (rather than nightly) and have slightly reduced my HRT (apart from
testosterone
, which I’ve kept the same) after I read that another forum user found her symptoms worsened on it.

What is normal testosterone level one month after Eligard injection?
But later in the evening I got the results of
testosterone
levels,
Testosterone
went from 469 a month ago, to 805 mg/dL now, calculated free
testosterone
went from 43.0 to 125 pg/mL. I expected to see
testosterone
levels drop. So my question is whether this is normal to see level go up at first?

"feeling fat over 40?"
US doctor Sara Gottfried is suggesting that for many of us women, the issue may be low
testosterone
. She argues that "traditional" dieting often doesn't work for women in the same way as men, because our hormones are very different.

What tests should I get done next?
My
testosterone
and SHBG are also on the low side (I am a male) and have been for several years. Last set of bloods attached, note these are on a lower dose to what I am on now. Due blood tests next week so any suggests for what to test would be gratefully appreciated.

Feeling really down, low AMH 1.3 - just about to start 2nd round
and giving me
testosterone
gel too. I guess I’m just on here looking for reassurance that I still have hope? I’m feeling so deflated and wanted to start this round full of optimism. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Thanks xx

An Update on My Metastatic Cancer
All this time my
Testosterone
has been < 20. As long as my
Testosterone
remains at castrate level getting a shot or not makes no difference. For me, after six or nine months of ADT,
Testosterone
remains at castrate level for about six months after stopping ADT.

Next stage of treatment
Hormone treatment (zoladex and xtandi) have brought PSA down to 0.04 and
testosterone
to undetectable. So on Tuesday I will have the first weekly radiation treatment of six at 6 gys. Any advice out there on how I should prepare and what to expect?

Here's What you should 'eat' to fight prostate cancer....
Although it is a small study and it is shocking, but it illustrates the problem of taking
testosterone
away from older men. You don't need to rely on small studies however.
