[Help] How to start sex life late at 24 years old (ED)
My
testosterone
increased from 400 to 750 within 5 months of changes. I tried again to have sex in November, I had an erection at first moment, but at the moment of penetration unfortunately my penis became flaccid again. Sometimes I'm currently getting satisfying erections when I'm alone.

Iron deficiency
Is it common to have iron deficiency as a result of low
testosterone
? Is it unharmful to take iron supplements?

Not so sure I should be on Erleada
He didn't think so but no way to know so he orders another
testosterone
test and PSA. He also orders Erleada as he thinks I may be castrate resistant but not certain. 10/28 lab results - PSA remains undetectable.

Slight Testosterone Increase While on Lupron/Zytiga
Testosterone
went from 650 to <5ng/dl in that timeframe. Now, for the first time in 11 months my
Testosterone
went from <5 to <12ng/dl. I know that's not much of an increase but wondering if the ADT effectiveness is fading. Could be difference in lab?

Is this a rare event?
Saw Tanya Dorff in USC and was put on triple hormone therapy with 90 day lupron. and Casodex and Avodart Dorff believed in intermittent therapy and was i was given a holiday from treatment if psa and
testosterone
were hormone sensitive between 9 months to a year until psa started its climb.

High Dose Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) and Hashimoto's?
On the other hand, this current hypothyroidism booklet, https://www.thyroid.org/wp-content/uploads/patients/brochures/Hypothyroidism_web_booklet.pdf, says "If you take
testosterone
or niacin, you may need a lower dose of thyroxine".

Vertebral Fractures [VF]
One would expect bone issues with ADT, since near-zero
testosterone
equates to near-zero estradiol. When estradiol goes below 12 pg/mL (my limit, based on old non-PCa studies), bone loss can be rapid.

Shockwave Therapy and/or Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy for ED
A local clinic that gives
Testosterone
shots (GameDay) is now pushing this combined therapy of shockwave and Platelet therapy for ED. Anyone ever tried these?

Pausing BAT ?
Each
testosterone
shot was 400 mg, given at intervals of two months or more. I also take a lot of the usual supplements. Prior to beginning BAT my PSA had been undetectable (<0.02) for some time.

SPIRONOLACTONE . WHEN CAN I STOP TAKING IT?
I am very concerned to read about the impact this drug has on
testosterone
, and its use for people chosingchoing gender change. All indicators suggest that this was a drug that should have have been stopped after the critical stage of Ascites had passed. Thoughts and advice welcomed!

I think this question was asked an answered 4 years ago, but perhaps an update? Should I stop taking Abiraterone for no particular reason?

Pleasant PSA surprise
Got a pleasant surprise today as my blood numbers are all within suggested ranges,
testosterone
less then 1 and PSA of 0.09. Besides the meds, I’m hoping that my vegan diet and exercising are helping. Except for hot flashes, which I can manage, there are no other side effects.

I would like to connect with fellow warriors that are HSPC and on Darolutamide to discuss Time to Failure, early detection assays etc...
get and is small cell cancer that is similar to small cell lung cancer and treated the same as SCLC. 3) There are no AR variants or androgen dependency that I have found thus I don't see a treatment that utilizes androgens as a further treatment such as anothe AR inhibitor nor Superphysiological

Stopping NDT cold turkey - how long till I experience symptoms?
Initially I thought the NDT worked but I also started
testosterone
therapy at a similar time and maybe it was this that really gave me relief - I need to know for sure I guess. Been off NDT for 2 weeks now and feel fine so far - how long for symptoms to really hit if they do?
