Disclaimer: I haven't been diagnosed yet, but endo is suspected. Just wanted to share some hope. I am on my period at the moment. The first day was the usual awful start; woke up at 1.45am by the pain, feeling like I'd been shot in the pelvis, stumbling around for painkillers and sitting in a hot bath

I was fitted with the coil about 6 weeks ago as I was experiencing painful cysts and endo. I have been advised I need surgery. The problem I have at the moment are period like pain and extreme breast tenderness in both breasts. They are really swollen and burning. I have started taking evening primrose

caster oil packs - best way to use?
My partner has ordered me some castor oil as I've read castor oil packs can help with period pains (mine don't respond to traditional heat pads/hot water bottles). Has anyone found the best way to use these, and with the least mess?!

Purple rash/blotches
I've had enough of this Methotrexate poison. Stopped taking the tabs and started with the metoject pen instead but now the thought of doing the jabs is making me feel as sick as I felt with the tabs. I can't stand it any longer. I'd rather be in pain than feel sick. I don't want to take anything. Not
