Endometriosis and Tamoxifen
Treatment has all gone fine but now I have to take
Tamoxifen
for 10 years. Pretty worried about this triggering endometriosis again, or all the other gynaecological issues
Tamoxifen
coupled with endometriosis may cause. My oncologist is dismissive as I'm not having any problems yet.

The lumpectomy didn't have clear margins so I have had a mastectomy and DIEP reconstruction and I am taking
Tamoxifen
. I am happily married, with two brilliant teenagers. We live in a gorgeous bit of the UK where I love to get out into the garden or out walking in nature.

Third cancer is serous, caused in part by tamoxifen
I have been reading comments daily. I am 8 days out from my first carbo/taxol infusion. My protocol is 6 cycles. Every three weeks. Then vaginal cuff brady radiation. This does scare me. I remember the process for breast cancer radiation. It is a lot especially after the infusions. I will get through

Post Radiation PSA Questions
One more question: I am also taking
Tamoxifen
to counter Bicalutamide breast side effects. If I stop taking Bicalutamide, should I stop
Tamoxifen
at same time or keep taking for awhile...and, if so, for how long? Thanks in advance for your enlightened responses. Joe

IVF5 stims start today
PLEASE let it be the last round we ever have to go through, that one of our Frosties or one from this round is the one 🤞🏼🍀 Slightly new approach this time, upped the bemfola to 225 and leaving out the
tamoxifen
as consultant thinks we might get better quality with less LH. Next scan Friday.

Metastatic Peritoneal Carcinomatosis
I had 4 rounds of Adriamycin Cytoxin and was on
Tamoxifen
for 5 years. This past December 2017, I was diagnosed with a metastatic breast cancer, affecting my peritoneum, and have just completed 6 rounds of Taxol. I am HER2 negative and estrogen and progesterone positive.

I’ve not had any side effects from the
tamoxifen
but I’m so so worried about everything I’ve read about it. Does anyone have a positive story about
tamoxifen
?

4 year Runniversary, and a little update.
My surgeon and my oncologist assure me that they got all the nasty cancer at the operation, the radiotherapy and hormone treatment,
Tamoxifen
for 5 years, are just insurance. The fatigue normally continues for three months after the rads treatment finishes, I'm about 7 weeks on, so looking forward to

Full hysterectomy following tamoxifen, anyone have experience?
Oncology have specified a better breast outcome long term if i did have both removed and I have 8 more years of
tamoxifen
to face when I'm over op. Initially it sounds like a no brainer but quality of life does factor. Thank you in advance xx

Plan xyz!!!!
Because my tumour has elements of womb cancer in it I can try hormone therapy -
tamoxifen
and megace which could be successful in stopping tumour growth. This is the less harsh option.
