AF episode
When I got home I took my beta blocker (a full tablet rather than the half) and checked with my Kardia (which I haven’t needed for months) and it was 105bpm and showing
Tachycardia
. Interestingly, I visited the loo yesterday at work far more often than usual. I should have seen that as a warning.

DVLA Tachycardia
Tachycardia
on DVLA you sometimes have to notify and one of those reasons is if the underlying condition is not known and treated.

Afib: No Symptoms and High QOL
I've never had an incident of
tachycardia
. Heart monitor indicated I was in Afib 27% of the time. As I've said I am blissfully unaware of it and have an active and high QOL. My doctor and I have decided to only address rate. I decided against flecenide.

DVLA and IST!
I was wandering if anyone else has IST ( inappropriate sinus
tachycardia
) or a different arrhythmia and have had to inform the DVLA and if anything happened? I just rang up and the lady is sending me a form to fill out and she said it’s a condition that does need to be reported...

Out of circulation.
Just had confirmation that I have a bed for tomorrow (15th August) for my ablation for atrial
tachycardia
. Of course I have been feeling fine for the last couple of months but now my BP is in orbit and I have the shakes so yes newbies this is quite normal.

Heart Failure causes
I have suspected heart fail elevated BNP just waiting for Echocardiogram to confirm, I also have sinus node disease, Artial flutter, Atrial fib, super ventricular
tachycardia
, heart block, and 3 holes (ASD’s) caused by 4 ablations. I also have a leaky heart valve don’t know which valve.

Bisoprolol Resting Heart Rate
Hi, I've been put on 2.5mg Bisoprolol twice daily for some
tachycardia
that came up on an 48 hr ECG just over a week ago, as well as several other BP meds to lower my BP which was very high, been on those for 7 weeks.

Tachycardia sometimes for more than an hour after a simple 10 minute walk.
I have this on going problem of my heart rate remaining high, sometimes beating at 135 bpm, over an hour after I’ve sat down and resting at home. I have just been started on Bioprolol by my Cardiologist but still don’t understand the cause of this. Has anyone else got or had this problem and do you know

Tachycardia post ablation advice
So I am in persistent
tachycardia
all day since then. My check up appointment with the cardiologist is in 4 weeks. I feel fine, possibly a little tired from the high HR and the meds but otherwise ok. Does this sound familiar to anyone ? Thanks

Heart failure can my beta blockers be the cause?
My question is I only had the pacemaker put in 8 weeks ago and been taking beta blockers Bisoprolol for 4 weeks and it seems all these extreme conditions have come on since I have got sinus node disease, super ventricular
tachycardia
, bracyacardia A flutter and AF, heart block and 3 ASD’s holes in

POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome)
Hi, I'd like to know if anyone here also has POTS? I had my first appointment with a rheumatologist yesterday, she thinks I may have POTS. I did a standing test and heart rate increased by over 30+ beats per minute which is one of the main symptoms, along with dizziness when standing up, hands & feet

Repeating an EP Study?
I had an EP study in Feb 2018 but they could not induce the
tachycardia
at that time. After a year and a half of various drugs and frequent episodes documented, my doctor wants to repeat an EP study and try ablation again. Has this happened with anyone?
