Heart healthy diet?
I’m only 32 but have issues with inappropriate sinus
tachycardia
. I want to make sure I’m keeping my heart healthy as to try and avoid CAD in the future, but knowing perfectly healthy people can still develop this makes me wonder what to do.

Chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), postural orthostatic
tachycardia
syndrome (POTS), fibromyalgia (syndrome), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) are old-timers in the ME/CFS/FM world. In the last couple of years, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) joined the party.

ABLATION RECOVERY?
For those that have not followed my posts, I had an ablation in February which was partly successful as all the Multifocal Atrial
Tachycardia
could not be totally ablated.

Bisoprolol when low tachycardia
I was wondering if I really need totake bisoprolol when I have low
tachycardia
and if someone experienced the same phenomenon after an ablation, mine was 10 months ago. Thank for reading. Julien

Increasing dosage of Nebivolol
Hi - I'm on a dosage of 5mg of Nebivolol (2.5 mg in the AM & 2.5mg in the PM) for my atrial
tachycardia
. I have been getting a few runs of fast heartbeats and palpitations that don't turn into a full blown episode around 2 or 3 AM in the morning.

Should I have ablation while symptom-free?
Twice they developed into Ventricular
Tachycardia
with a heart rate of 177+ and I was hospitalised. I had the choice of medication or an ablation and chose medication because an ablation really frightens me. That was 5 years ago.

What are you experiences of Fleciainide?
My Kardia machine mainly diagnoses
Tachycardia
or says unclassified. Since May I have only taken Aipixaban and Sotolol as ap.i.p. The Sotolol is not making any difference this time. I am fortunate that my electrophysiologist is Professor Schilling at Barts Hospital so I know am in good hands.

My experience so far of AV Node Ablation
It's still early days but so far here are some positives - 1) I don't have that daily anxiety of thinking will this be the day I have to go to hospital 2) I don't feel the constant ectopics and
tachycardia
which plagued me and where I always felt I was moments away from an episode 3) my medication is

I’m losing my mind :(
Fast forward 5 months and I’d been seen by a neurologist for a brain and inner ear scan, a vestibular physio who said it wasn’t a vestibular issue, and then to a cardiologist as my GP suspected I may have Postural orthostatic
tachycardia
syndrome, with my blood pressure hovering at 90/50.

Bisporolol to Nebivolol?
I am taking the Bisoprolol for Atrial
Tachycardia
- not sure if Nebivolol will help? Any experiences gratefully received as I am so exhausted from lack of sleep and it's making me depressed!
