ABLATION RECOVERY?

For those that have not followed my posts, I had an ablation in February which was partly successful as all the Multifocal Atrial Tachycardia could not be totally ablated. After a slow recovery I am now generally better than ever with only a few "minor" ectopics most days and only on 1.25 of Bisoprolol (from 7.5 Bisoprolol, Flecainaide - which after 3 months use caused A Flutter, and Digoxin). I do have 2 new symptoms that are progressively getting worst and would like some advice from the community please.

Once or twice a day I get really tired and have to sleep for just around 5 minutes then I am back as good as new.

Around 5 times a week I get a sharp cramp like pain that goes from the back centre of the base of my head, down my neck and into the left side of my heart, this occurs when my arm and neck are in certain positions if I carefully reposition my neck and arm the pain goes away.

I am not sure if this is because I am still recovering or if the ablation has caused something else to breakdown. Any advice would be most welcome.
