Increasing dosage of Nebivolol

Hi - I'm on a dosage of 5mg of Nebivolol (2.5 mg in the AM & 2.5mg in the PM) for my atrial tachycardia. I have been getting a few runs of fast heartbeats and palpitations that don't turn into a full blown episode around 2 or 3 AM in the morning. Should I ask to increase the evening dosage to address it?
