Very Low TSH but higher T4 + how to add in T3:
so last time I had posted I was on a reduced dose of T4 being at 150 of
Synthroid
. I saw a new PCP that said per my labs (0.03 TSH & Top of the range FT4) that she said traditionally she would reduce my T4. However, after being on a reduced amount, I was feeling all the more hypo.

Recently Dx
I started taking125 mcg
synthroid
about two weeks ago... I am so completely exhausted and finding it very hard to get thru the work week. I was wondering if it is reasonable to go on short term disability as my job is very stressful and demanding. I feel I need time to take care of myself.

Synthroid side effects
Hi All, I have recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism with my TSH at 13 and have started on 88 mcg of
synthroid
since the past one week. I am observing that
synthroid
is actually making my symptoms like brain fog ,memory loss and cold intolerance worse.

Thyroid Problems
I had thyroid cancer in 2010 had surgery and have been on
synthroid
eve since. This is the first time I'm experiencing the bad taste in my mouth. Which btw is not fun. I pretty much have to chew gum, suck on hard candy or stuff myself with food for the taste to be less noticeable.

requested more armour
She refused any more than 1 grain today stating that it is equal to 100
synthroid
. I do not think that is correct. What do you all think? Is that equal 1 grain to 100mcg
synthroid
? And should i try the whole pill in the morning instead of the splitting? Any feed back appreciated. Thanks!

switched to armour
So I was taking 5 mcg of cytomel a day and alternating 50/75 mcg of
synthroid
daily until last week. A week ago i went on 1 grain of armour (60mcg) and i am starting to feel a little more tired. I was told the 1 grain of armour would be sufficient but i don't believe so.

Newest Test Results
results are: T3, FREE 2.57 (2.30-4.20) pg/mL T4, FREE 1.04 (0.89-1.76) ng/dL TSH 3.26 (0.35-4.00) uIU/mL I am currently taking
Synthroid
112 mcg. This increase has been for about a year now. Although I feel "better" on the increased level, I still don't feel "myself".

Starting synthroid dose
The doctor has prescribed
synthroid
- 88 mcg. I am having cognitive/memory issues as well. Is the dose right-not too high or too low? Sorry for the naive question but I am a little unsure as my GP appeared to be a little inexperienced. Also how much time does it take for the symptoms to clear up?

Help me please!
Was on
synthroid
before then went to this bc of joint pain. So, thyroid went nuts after surgery on my foot in March and I was thrown on a bunch of diff meds. Now I'm back on WP thyroid. My problem: not sure I can handle the t3 in it. I keep shaking. TSH is 6.3, t4 0.98, t3 4.1.

so as i posted just yesterday or the day before about new dilemma, i received my copy of test results.
my T4 looks low but if i add
synthroid
which dr won't anyway, my TSH will drop even lower and then i really will be hyper. What do you all advise?

Advice please
I either try to ask dr for 75
synthroid
daily instead of alternating 50/75 every other day or i ask for 2 pills of cytomel a day to take one in the afternoon. What do you all think? And if i did the 2nd pill of cytomel a day do i need to reduce the
synthroid
?
