Hello I am on levothyroxine right now if I switch to Synthroid the brand name can I stay on my same dose ? That i am with lavo

Same dose should be fine. You might find Synthroid suits you better - you might not - definitely worth a shot though.

I switched from Actavis Levothyroxine and was put in the same dose initially.

If you have any problems, compare the full list of ingredients between your old medication and Synthroid. For example Synthroid has acacia in it which might not agree with someone who is prone to plant allergies / hay fever.
