New MD won't prescribe Cytomel (T3)
I had to switch doctors, and the only one I can go to completely took me off Cytomel and put me on
Synthroid
. Of course I feel exhausted, cranky and very off. My TSH and T4 are not even borderline, but he insists my body will adjust.

THYROID MEDICATION
I take 50mcg.

every night at bed time. My dr. at my request added 5 mcg. t 3. I am presently taking t3 in the morning. My question is should I be taking both t3 and t4 at the same time or I doing it correctly now? Thanks

Asking for some help to put this all together - please. Lab results included
He was taking 75 mics and then 88 mics of
Synthroid
. He has been severely symptomatic despite, and his TSH has always been higher with each test. He's been studying Engineering at University and has graduated (by the skin of his teeth due to all the health problems) with 2 degrees.

Hoping to understand
Hi all, I have been on
Synthroid
for many, many years. Last summer, due to severe temperature fluctuations, I finally had a CT scan and found out that I have NO thyroid gland! Doc thinks Hashimoto auto immune syndrome destroyed it over the years.

Myo Inositol in Combination with Selenium for subclinical Hashimoto's
She is currently not taking any
Synthroid
since she doesn't have a lot of symptoms other than slight fatigue. Just the other day I stumbled upon an article discussing a double blind randomized clinical trial testing selenium alone or selenium in combination with myo inositol.

Need support for T3 only
Just a reminder - I am 62; female; had Hashis for 27 years; on
synthroid
for 25 years with ongoing symptoms. For most of last year I worked with Erfa, NDT, at different doses.

More fatigue with T3!
Whit 100 mcg of
synthroid
, my TSH is 0,19 uUI/ml, my Free T4 is at 65,45% of the reference range (1,42 ng/dl Ref: 0,70 – 1,80 ng/dl), and free T3 is at 65 % of the reference range (0,33 ng/dl Ref: 0,20 – 0,40). Is this an indication that I am a good converter?

Sleep deprivation causing a spike in TSH
I was on
Synthroid
and I believe was under medicated at the time, but this was the same for both tests. The TSH was higher than when I was first diagnosed and I had been taking my medication on a 24 hour cycle, although where we had been was an 8 hour time difference to where we live.
