Sudden deterioration after inhaler
Recently he has also started taking
Symbicort
inhaler for cough. However with that he had some mild tremors in his left fingers (most rigid movement). Suddenly he has become unable to move with extreme muscle stiffness.

Hand tremors & prednisolone
He also moved me from
Symbicort
200/6 to 400/12 plus a 50% increase in itraconazole (for ABPA). It's worse some days than others, but I pretty much suspect the increase in steroids is to blame for the tremors. I wondered if anyone has developed any strategies or techniques for managing it?

Do I need to do more?
And I upped my
Symbicort
a bit, all to good effect. It went back to normal, not normal best, but a level I am happy with. Today, likewise, my readings are much improved after my inhaler. So I can manage it. I have not knowingly experienced exactly this before. Do I need to do anything else?

Thank you :) (For everyone who helped on my most recent post)
Had been on
Symbicort
400/12 then was changed two months ago to Flutiform 250/10 and have now been changed to Seretide 50/25. Not sure why the change in dose (Flutiform 250 = Seretide 250) as I only noticed this in the chemist but sure I'll give it a go and hopefully will help.

Chronic cough, overactive airway and baclofen
I was treated with spiriva,
symbicort
and montelukast but was still unable to go outside when the temperature got below about 11 degrees (about 6 months of the year in the UK!) I was referred to Professor Alyn Maurice at the Hull cough clinic who suggested a few drugs to try.

Vertigo with inhalers
I tried qvar and then
symbicort
. Both made me extremely dizzy with vertigo that was not tolerable. Something in these inhalers is triggering a response. Im now only using nebulized albuterol after exp the same with ventolin. Has anyone else heard of or experienced this?? My lung doctor is clueless.

Stabbing pain in upper back and asthma?
I took
symbicort
and it went away. This is the first time this happened to me so I am freaked out. Was it because of asthma or an overexaggeration on my end?

Getting a bit fed-up now....
The asthma nurse had moved me onto
Symbicort
which has really made a difference to my asthma. BUT this weekend....bam I feel like I have another infection lingering. Dry, non-productive cough, tight chest (although my peak flow is pretty good) and general grottiness.

What options are left??
4 puffs when required I was originally on 4 puffs of seretide twice a day which I had been on for years I'd get flare ups a lot but I'd only need a nebuliser once a year generally but had a bad asthma attack last January and I continued to have issues after so I got referred to specialist who tried
