Vertigo with inhalers

Hi,

I have adult onset asthma. Last 3 yrs have been hell trying to breathe and keep out of hospital. I tried qvar and then symbicort. Both made me extremely dizzy with vertigo that was not tolerable. Something in these inhalers is triggering a response. Im now only using nebulized albuterol after exp the same with ventolin. Has anyone else heard of or experienced this?? My lung doctor is clueless.
