But supposed my asthma flares is Symbicort able to help?

I have tried all other medications Spriva, Symbicort and Spirva Respimat together, Anoro, Trelegy with NO success.

Hi, I have been prescribed Symbicort 160/4.5 pMDI, and Levolin 50 mcg been on vacation in the Caribbean my asthma flared and an antihistamine and montelukast were added along with albuterol I am scared

I have been switched to a Symbicort turbohaler. Does it charge properly if it clicks on the first turn of the red control and then not on the second turn? I thought it was supposed to click on the second turn of the red control. I’m worried I’m not getting any medication.

Why is it sometimes it’s easy to breath in the medication and sometimes it’s harder to breath it in?

I started to use the symbicort and it makes me feel very anxious and jittery.Also my throat is irritated and a lot more mucous when I use it. I am quite concerned because I read that there could be a conflict with metoprolol and symbicort.

I'm new to symbicort how many puff can us a day ?, need to ask the Dr, my control is not very good now and need advice on what to ask. Thanks cluch

Since starting symbicort I seem to be getting more anxious and have anxiety about really daft stuff. I was on seretide 250 for years and didn't seem to have issues psychologically.

I am also taking symbicort, montelukast, theophylline (2x morning and 1x evening) Baclofen 20mg 3x daily. Just realised most people take Azithromycin only 3 times a week. Also, will I be taking it indefinitely? Many thanks

Since being diagnosed with COPD in May 2017 , my main concern is that I have received no other treatment, just stayed on the same meds as before the diagnosis, i.e. the same inhalers as for the Asthma , Bricanyl and Symbicort. Can I expect to go onto different medication in the near future?

I was put on singular and symbicort for 3 months. After I followed up with my pulmonologist he was concerned because the medications weren't working. I was still having chronic coughing, like a constant tickle in my throat, and shortness of breath. I can't exercise without feeling dizzy.

The Doctor wants me to make a video on my phone if I wake up during the night due to laboured breathing.Iam on symbicort and spiriva. He maintained it is unusual. .I thought people with copd had disturbed sleep. Please help.

I have been on symbicort 200/6 for about 4 years two in the morning two in the evening. I feel fine during the day but between 4 am and 6am I tend to wake up with a tight chest. This disturbs my sleep .Fostair and montelukast do not suit me. I have tried a thick pillow!

Whenever I use either my Symbicort or Spiriva inhalers, I cough when I'm done. Not a prolonged cough but a few good coughs, then I'm done. Sometimes I have to blow my nose as well. Occasionally, I even cough before I've held my breath for the requisite 10 seconds, and spit everything out.

Put on Symbicort 400/12 2015 3 month of steroid treatment week on 2 weeks off and back to the dr 2016 6 weeks steroid throughout the year 2017 a year after last lot of steroids back on for a couple of weeks(dust exposure) 2018 14 months after last lot of steroids back on 2 weeks (decorating) lung function

At present I am going through 2 blue inhalers a week (52 puffs a day) and 12 puffs of symbicort a day I’m hoping the consultant will be able to prescribe me some “add on meds” to my daily routine and find the cause of all this! I’m tired !

Without any reason, really, I stopped using Symbicort a few weeks ago and I could not tell any difference in my breathing. I continued to use Spiriva Respimat as prescribe and once in a while Ventolin. Then, 3 days ago I stopped using the Spiriva, too. And I feel OK.
