I have was given the isomeric form of Ventolin to avoid the racing heart feeling. I have been on it (Levosalbutamol) since my asthma flared on April 3rd. This morning I saw wheal and flare bumps all over my upper arm, with itching.

I reached for 50mg of Prednisone and swallowed it. But supposed my asthma flares is Symbicort able to help?

Hard to know, I never heard of it. More likely the skin situation is due to the allergen, or allergy exposure in general. My sister is having hives now (we both share a similar asthma history but skin issues are newer in the last 10 years for her, for me only a bit of eczema)

If you are taking a lot of albuterol or equivalent you really need to get on ICS and get under control, that might reduce all the other co-reactions.
