Feeling thoroughly miserable - full time musician, first time tinnitus
I was already feeling a lot of
stress
, but just about managing to spin all the plates - even able to start to go out about once per week for a couple of hours to try and socialise. I would love to meet a partner and I'm trying really hard to get my life together, and my daughter's.

Hospital Advice
So I am going into hospital soon for major surgery and apart from the obvious
stress
I am concerned about my medication. It seems I am meant to take in my own meds and hand them in. They will then be given to me each morning.

Fatigue
I am on week 9 but when I started doing 28 mins, I began to get all day long fatigue and
stress
headaches. I drink lots of water before the run and through the day along with eating lots of snacks.

* My wife walked out close to Christmas, and that put me into a state of
stress
and depression which led to a horrible diet. Pizza and cheese enciladas, and entire bags of potato chips. Which I stopped doing a couple months ago. Went with the Mediterrainian Diet.

Idk who is who in my family
Firstable i thought dad's the bad guy. Then mom. Adored sis and thought she's much stronger and mature than me. Then sis told dad about my job without my permission and he will stop my funds and i felt like those two betrayers. Or maybe im overreacting, i hope i am. Then mom supported me on the phone

Rash spreading all over my body.
I might guess
stress
— but then again the past year has been the most stressful year of my life. Has this happened to someone else? I have been taking 2x180mg fexofenadine (antihistamine) to try and contain it - but its only been a day. well, if anyone has any insight, please let me know.

FT3 often higher than FT4; are my symptoms even hypo?
Stress
test, echo, holter, CT scan.
Stress
test and Holter did show that I had PVCs which were deemed benign. Looking at the time frame on the holter report, it was clear that they happened when I exerted myself. I was cleared and literally told to stop worrying and start living...

Blip but back on track
I hadn’t posted before as didn’t want to cause people
stress
who were considered minimaze, ablation or other treatments. All I can say is I’ve never self converted before in a 10 year journey with AF. I don’t regret for one minute my decision to go to Sheffield for a hybrid mini maze.

Could my symptoms be caused by angina ?
If it could be angina as scans were clear should I ask my gp to arrange more tests to check this or just wait until I have the
stress
test ? My cardiologist thinks my heart needs a bit of rehab after having pericarditis but I can’t be referred for that until after the
stress
test.

Are my running days over? Fracture/Osteopenia
However after a standard run in March I felt a deep ache in my left ankle which turned out to be a
stress
fracture. As my moderate training could not account for this, I was referred for a bone density scan which showed I have osteopenia and it looks quite advanced too (-1.6 average).

Update PMR 2 months since diagnosis
I've had a very stressful week due to issues around my husband's work - exhasted/headache - would I be right thinking this is
stress
related as my poor body can't cope well anymore? I plan to aim for 3 weeks on 13mg then drop to 11mg.

Air travel for the first time in over 3 years - stress and adrenals
Someone suggested that I take an Ativan for the travel, but I don't think it's anxiety I need to worry about...I just need to be aware of
stress
, try to stay calm and relaxed, and take extra Prednisone.

What and how do I tell my kids?
I like to be alone to calm down but someone is always in my space: banging on my door, asking for food, siblings fighting, huge messes I’ll have to clean up etc. it’s never ending cycle of
stress
.

The changing ages and stages of ADHD
For much of his life I have been his coach, so I have been able to manage his play time, to try to keep his
stress
levels from getting out of control. I haven't always been successful, but with each episode we learn more.
