stress induced gastritis
I am 4 days into half dose of my antidepressant then I move up. I am on 80 mg of stomach stuff the knot is gone… but now bouts of severe indigestion that trigger my head. Its been a week. Has anyone had their stomach go crazy for longer then a week? I also have health anxiety. This truly is a nightmare

Unshakable Vaginal Bleeding – Seeking Support and Insights
I've been experiencing unshakable vaginal bleeding, which I suspect might be due to extreme
stress
. While it has momentarily stopped, I remain vigilant. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has insights to share, I'd greatly appreciate your input.

Sod's law.....revisited
So I had all the physical
stress
of prepping for a procedure, resulting in an AF episode, disruption and anxiety, all in vain, back to square one. Mister Not Impressed.

Two months without the
stress
. I'm not going to lie - although it wasn't my choice I was appreciating the opportunity for a break after a tough and physically demanding year, but I expected to feel better than this.

Charitable assistance for military Veteran's and their families
The Veteran can apply directly for a Proof of Service, or the relative can apply via one of the military charities such as SSAFA, The Royal British Legion, Walking with the Wounded, Combat
Stress
, etc. Best course of action is to contact a military charity first, but it is well worth doing.

My fear now is that after the op surely I will place even more
stress
on my right hip thereby making the pain even worse during the recovery period. Has anyone any comment or any similar experience they can share with me to help alleviate my extra worries please?? Fib 36

Chest and throat discomfort
Cardiologist did a rest &
stress
test in August, told blood flow ok, & said it’s not my heart. As well as Lansoprazole 30 mg, I take gaviscon, but if it’s there nothing seems to help, as you can tell I’m now at my wits end.

New Afib diagnosis
A couple of months later and a visit to A&E got me a holter belt, which the GP seemed reluctant to give as he felt it was all
stress
/anxiety (and to be fair there was plenty of both by this point). I got it, though, and it confirmed Afib.

New to tinnitus and frightened
My
stress
and anxiety levels were through the roof and I'm told this is only making my T worse but it's a vicious cycle. I also get extreme bouts of shaking with the anxiety and can't stand to be without my white noise machine by my side.

Discomfort, and anxiety
Stress
, and anxiety are almost the same things. Discomfort comes with both feelings. The only things is that
stress
comes from what we put extreme effort into in our daily lives.

increasing T3 advice
Kind of like
stress
. Resting heart rate is 60/62 and usually 52. I gather from reading here this is common - maybe my body acclimatising to T3, waking up the T3 receptors? My question is what amount of T3 to take today? Do I continue with 7.5mcg?

Possible Leukoplakia
She didn’t seem worried but the fact that I have low cortisol levels doesent help my state of mind because anyone who has low cortisol will tell you
stress
is not dealt with easily and problems become compounded. Anybody out there who can offer any advice, comment would be really helpful.

Weird sensory OCD???
When I'm under a lot of
stress
I get mild sensory OCD. For instance I pay attention to the experience of the self almost obsessively, it feels as if I was caged within myself. This should be an automatic process. I wonder if anyone else has experienced that?
