Not sure how this works but am finding the holidays extra hard.
Trying to stay even in my moods but I'm not looking forward to seeing my parents over the holidays. It's very hard to be around them since I realize I suffer from complex ptsd.

It seems like
stress
and excessive drinking seems to be linked to these episodes, so we have tried to keep him
stress
free and he has significantly reduced his alcohol intake. He returned to his flat the first week of January when he returned to work; he works from home.

I had a heart
stress
test 6 weeks ago. The consultant hasn’t contacted me but he wrote to my surgery asking them to adjust my Isosorbide level. Using the FOI act I obtained a copy of the letter. It says that there is a ‘subtle inducable ischemia in the base and walls of the left ventricle’.

Driving
After 6 months of
stress
I finally have my driving licence back, to be reviewed in a year. 😊 It can be worth fighting.

Working and Tinnitus
I'm almost on the verge of tears some days due to not being able to do do my job which brings its own added
stress
and pressures. I could take early retirement and find a less demanding job but financially that would be difficult as would lose about 50% of my pension.

Somatic Pulsatile Tinnitus Syndrome, as identified by Dr Aron Levine
I have some leads to get to the bottom of this and it’s looking more and more neck / jaw / muscular caused and
stress
and worry clearly make it worse. (I can turn volume up and down with neck and jaw movements. Literally sometimes like turning on and off a light with a switch.

It's Fibromyalgia Not Mental Health
I find personally that any kind of emotional trauma or
stress
or worry etc, really elevates body pain Or simply just over doing it by a hairs length will trigger it.

AFib Burden
it seems to me that being in afib is a
stress
on one’s heart and thus not a good thing even if the symptoms aren’t too bad. Has anyone experienced something similar? thank you!

Planning and patience
In the first year you are gradually getting stronger and better at dealing with
stress
, triggers etc. You learnt to drink over many years. Be patient it will take time to learn not to drink you might slip up but you will get stronger and its totally a journey worth travelling.

Why am I made to feel a fraud.
Hello everyone, I 59 and I had an heart attack 8 weeks ago due mainly to high cholesterol and
stress
at work. I had 3 stents fitted and it was the most worrying thing I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I’m now back at work on shorter hours and just doing office work.

UK - Liver Resection
I feel sick, I'm bloated (from
stress
), I feel I have no desire to eat properly so I'm eating the wrong foods. I'm getting heart burn too. I'm convinced it's all anxiety related to the surgery. I just feel a mess and so teary. Sorry - no question. I just needed to share.

Dronedarone
I’ve been change to Dronedarone, been taking it about 4 months and have had episodes of AF, in fact currently ‘I n one’, this is after a day of
stress
so not surprised, but having been to the consultant the day before the previous attack last week can not work out why.

So to all sufferers out there it is definitely a thing that anxiety and
stress
can make RLS worse.

OCD during pregnancy
I am trying very hard to manage all this
stress
, but some times I feel so disappointed and lonely. I wash my hands all the time... I feel like my loved ones - including my husband - don't seem to understand how tough OCD can be.

After APCa treatment ends
But the end of treatment is the beginning of living with no net under you, with periodic checkups and scans, with emotional
stress
especially since LT SE's may continue, change or crop-up, and last not least that PCa has a way of sometimes coming back after years of absence.
