Help with understanding results and ranges please
Sorry, I know I’ve posted a similar question before, but these are my latest results and I can’t tell if they’ve improved or not. My ft4 is up, is this good? But my ft3 is less… not good? I find the optimal % confusing. For reference I’m not currently on any medication and I’m gluten and dairy free

Can't increase my iron levels
Hi all, I posted in February 2023 my low iron results and started taking 200 Ferrous Sulphate daily then. My iron results after 3 months were Ferritin 39 (20-204) Serum iron 18.6 (4.4-27.9) Feb 23 was: serum iron 11, ferritin was 29. So not a huge improvement. But now, a year on, even worse! Despite

Wow the GP experience is real…
I was recently privately diagnosed with autoimmune Hashimoto’s by a (NHS) endocrinologist with autoimmune Hashimoto’s. I was diagnosed via bloods and a scan, and there is a significant family history of Hashimoto’s. There was also a record of increasing TSH etc due to employer health checks. I think

Test results - can anyone help?
Hi all, Can anyone help interpret my test results and advise on whether I need to work on any of my vitamin levels. Would also be grateful for any advise on thyroid meds so I know what to push for at endo appointment. Results from March (on no medication): Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) 1.930 mIU

Advice please on blood results especially possible iron issues.
I would be very grateful for any advice on my recent blood results please. I am concerned that for first time ever MCH and MCHC are just over range. My serum B 12 has historically been at top of range without supplementing. This has now dropped lower although still high in range. Never feel well although

TSH over 4.5 for 10 years, nothing else but symptoms got worse
Hello! I’ve had a kind of high tsh since I was 19. I’ve tested it along with T4, the 2 antibodies, not sure if also T3, and they all were fine except my Tsh (4.5). I did it because I fainted upon waking up with low blood sugar and low blood pressure after a stressful period (I got anxiety, depression

Looking for PA Consultant
Hi, I was diagnosed about thee months ago and I'm on B12 injections and feeling much better. However, diagnosis remains very uncleal. Very low B12, below limits of the test, but no antigens to intrinsic factor and negative on caeleac disease. Cant fault the GP but feels very limited what they will

Lung volume test
My appointment for my Feno test finally arrived on Friday but I didn't know that it included a whole range of other tests too including a lung volume test. I didn't realise how badly my respiratory failure back in April had affected me but as soon as they closed the door of the compartment I felt sheer

Latest blood tests
Hi everyone, I posted a while ago about getting all my underactive thyroid symptoms back, joint pains, fatigue, anxiety and others. I’d had test results saying my TSH was low, but the dr was saying that it was satisfactory. I managed to speak to another dr and she ordered full blood tests. My results

FEV1 rapid decline
I bought one of these portable spirometers which measures FEV1 and shows results on digital display. The results vary but the best indicates a 10% decline on figure from physician’s PFT 9 months ago. Definitely using the device correctly. Anyone tried these machines? I’m hoping the figures are inaccurate
