Oral B12
So i am fully aware that those of us with PA don't absorb b12 through our diets, and that we ideally require treatment through IM injections. But i have also seen articles that suggest that it is at least 'possible' to get 'some' b12 from oral supplements. What do we think about this? I have copied in

laxido liquid
hello, for the past 6 months Iāve been suffering from bad constipation, my gp suspected diverticulitis and I have been referred to a specialist, Iāve now had my first appointment and waiting on a date for a colonoscopy. Hi, I've posted about Care Opinion before but look every now and then to see if any stories have been posted about B12 deficiency. They want people to share good and bad experiences of health care in UK. Sometimes the GP surgeries

Colon Journey
I thought Iād share my journey leading up to this point and I hope to continue to update as things move along. I hate it when nobody updates. Timeline: 12 years ago: After my first daughter turned 1 I went to the bathroom with blood in stool. It was super bright red and a lot. Went to the doctor and

Beta Alanine, okay or not okay?
Many pre workout supplements include beta Alanine. I used it in my pre PCA days because I felt it did help with the workout intensity, particularly those exercises that are short...I.e. weight lifting. Anyway, I liked the additional energy release and the slight tingly feeling when using this supplement

Figuring things out - first year since diagnosis
Hi, I'm posting here as I don't know anyone in real life with lupus and have been struggling to work out what my expectations should be in terms of symptoms. I was diagnosed just over a year ago following about a year of strange symptoms - GI issues, weight loss, Raynaud's, mouth ulcers, hand and wrist

Inverted Appendix and Stage 4 Endo
Hi all, I hoping someone has been through similar so I can connect with someone who has similar feelings. I've just been diagnosed with stage 4 endo. My womb, ovaries, tubes and appendix have all stuck to my bowels. I am in terrible pain when passing my bowels on a daily basis so I had a colonscopy
