Asthma not well controlled
I also have
Spiriva
, Carbocisteine and Montelukast but despite this I've had three courses of Pred this year and it's looking like I might need another before the year is out 😢.

peak flow is okay but struggling to breathe
My best is 550 on Symbicort plus
Spiriva
and I find that the peak flow doesn't drop below 470-500 even if I struggle to breathe with tight and burning chest? Sometimes even with confirmed chest infection and wheeze across chest as per stethoscope my peak flow sits at 500. Anyone else knows why?

trimbow in asthma
Just started on trimbow after using
Spiriva
Respimat and Symbicort, and the steroid component is just not enough to keep my asthma under control. Has anyone ever used it together with fostair or symbicort? I know one isn't supposed to but maybe some consultants prescribe two steroid inhalers?

A fib and asthma inhalers
I’ve tried
Spiriva
Respimat which was great accept it dried my mouth out too much. So now my pulmonologist wants me to try Trelegy Ellipta or Breo Ellipta. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated . Thanks !

SPIRIVA RESPIMAT inhaler
Hi Guys and Girls Anyone on the inhaler
Spiriva
Respimat . ? My consultant has put me on it to use once a day with my fostair inhaler . It’s to help with preventing chest infection recurring. I have googled it and in the USA there is allot about can increase death or heart attacks by up to 52% .

Do you shake your Trimbow?
My Ventolin says I must shake it before use; my
Spiriva
said I should not shake it; the Trimbow leaflet doesn’t say one way or the other. I’ve tried googling, and found some sites say shake, some say don’t - all reputable sites. So: do you shake your Trimbow? Or doesn’t it really matter?

BRESTRI
I've been prescribed Breztri after 4 years of Symbicort and
Spiriva
which served me well. This from a respiratory specialist- I just went along as we all do. Any opinions on Breztri ?

Mornings
In the morning first thing, as I am in my amber zone at present, I am ameant to take
spiriva
and then two doses of fostair 200. My system does not like me taking fostair 200 in the middle of an asthma attack. It basically bounces off and can make me worse.

Allergic Asthma
So I take Montelucast, Fexofenadine,
Spiriva
, Citrazine, Dymista, Symbicourt and lots of good old Salbutamol. Respiratory have now prescribed long term Azithromycin as they say in people like me it has had good results in dampening the immune system plus I get lots of chest infections.

Hi there, I am on seretide evohaler 250 x 4 and recently added on

I take Azithromycin 3 x week,
Spiriva
and Relvar on a daily basis. I have Ventolin for asthma when required. I do have Carbocisteine which I am currently on a break from. Any ideas would be so greatly appreciated.
