Trimbow / Fostair
I saw a respiratory consultant recently and as most other inhalers have already been tried he suggested switching my seretide and
spiriva
to trimbow.

peak flow is okay but struggling to breathe
My best is 550 on Symbicort plus
Spiriva
and I find that the peak flow doesn't drop below 470-500 even if I struggle to breathe with tight and burning chest? Sometimes even with confirmed chest infection and wheeze across chest as per stethoscope my peak flow sits at 500. Anyone else knows why?

My respiratory nurse has changed my inhalers from Fostair to Trimbow plus continuing with
Spiriva
. She also recommended I take Gaviscon twice a day to stop any potential acid reflux affecting my throat area as my voice gets quite hoarse by the end of the day.

Asthma not well controlled
I also have
Spiriva
, Carbocisteine and Montelukast but despite this I've had three courses of Pred this year and it's looking like I might need another before the year is out 😢.

A fib and asthma inhalers
I’ve tried
Spiriva
Respimat which was great accept it dried my mouth out too much. So now my pulmonologist wants me to try Trelegy Ellipta or Breo Ellipta. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated . Thanks !

BRESTRI
I've been prescribed Breztri after 4 years of Symbicort and
Spiriva
which served me well. This from a respiratory specialist- I just went along as we all do. Any opinions on Breztri ?

Fostair nexthaler
I was also put in montelukast and
spiriva
. This combination helped as in some days I'm fine and others the wheezing is back and the airway feels inflamed. I also nebulise colomycin which is a antibiotic. Last month I managed to cycle like 10 mins 3 times before the wheezing started again.

Mornings
In the morning first thing, as I am in my amber zone at present, I am ameant to take
spiriva
and then two doses of fostair 200. My system does not like me taking fostair 200 in the middle of an asthma attack. It basically bounces off and can make me worse.

I take Azithromycin 3 x week,

Hi there, I am on seretide evohaler 250 x 4 and recently added on
spiriva
respimat and montelukast (which have been a game changer in stablising things) after worsening chronic asthma. Am in process of getting comprehensive lung tests under a a consultant.

Allergic Asthma
So I take Montelucast, Fexofenadine,
Spiriva
, Citrazine, Dymista, Symbicourt and lots of good old Salbutamol. Respiratory have now prescribed long term Azithromycin as they say in people like me it has had good results in dampening the immune system plus I get lots of chest infections.

Trimbow 87/5/9
, is there anyone on this forum who has been in this situation before who could otherwise advise me wether I should stop the
spiriva
or wether I should carry on and take both the
spiriva
and the trimbow together, some help and advice would be very much appreciated.
