LAMA inhaler

does anyone know the best inhaler that combines fostair and a LAMA?

Spiriva only lasts until midday and I’m swing consultant in two weeeks for a review. Be good to have ideas to hand. Thanks peeps

I'm on Trimbow thats a 3 in 1 maybe ask about that one there's 2 differant strengths x

Hi Mammaelf - Ive recently been put on Encruse Ellipta which contains umeclidinium, an anti-muscarinic medication. It's a LAMA inhaler, once a day. I was, as I always am, concerned about side effects and took about three weeks to get up courage to take it, but I have to say that it's been fantastic. I can breathe more easily, walk better and the "steel band" around my chest feels less tight. And none of the ghastly side effects listed in the patient info leaflet.

I already take Symbicort (steroid + bronchodilator) but my new consultant was concerned about the about the amount of steroids I was taking daily with this inhaler, so said to take less of that and use the Encruse one too. Although this is effectively triple therapy, Im not on just one triple therapy inhaler as he said I needed to be able to use the SMART system with the Symbicort (SMART means you can use extra in the day if you need it).

Hi only know that I am on Fluticasone furoate yellow inhaler 1 puff a day and spriva cartridge inhaler 2 puffs a day, and this is working well and walk my dog easily with no breathlessness. Though nose blowing lots, combination of polyps and asthma is main problem at mo, so lucky so far.
