Thyroid crash and/or virus, do you experience this?
But this year, I’d had a good high reading, over 90 I think, so I stopped taking the
Spatone
- and kind of forgot about it. So I may be back at the super-low level again. I’ve started taking a couple of
Spatone
sachets per day.

6 weeks post Covid - thyroid symptoms exacerbated
I have hashimotos and take T4 and T3 (along with high dose vitamin D, B vitamins and
spatone
). I was super active before Covid but six weeks on from what was a mild infection I’m struggling with horrible fatigue, sore throats and aching - which I used to experience before I took T3.

- Ferritin levels still low (taking regular iron &
spatone
supplement, though stopped iron tablets & vit B for week before tests) - T4 now in optimal range although TSH result now below reference range (is that a problem?)

Well, well
I’ve been taking
Spatone
without fail and slowly getting to feel better. My T4 remains on the low side but not as low as it’s been. Not sure why this is as I’ve not changed anything. I will say I’m not feeling so poorly at the moment (although not brilliant) which is a pleasant change.

Advice please - T3 trial, TSH undetectable, feeling awful!
I take iron
spatone
2-3 times a week and high dose vitamin D daily as previous tests have shown me within normal range but the lower half for both. I have had coeliac tests which was negative.

Stuck in a vicious cycle of hypothyroidism/adrenaline/low ferritin
My ferritin will not budge - I’ve tried everything ferrous fumurate,
spatone
, sublinguals/sprays and eating lots of liver and it won’t move.

Unsure what to do re test results
Test today while taking x2 150 x 5 125 was Tsh 0.12 t4 19.4 (last taken previous morning) Ferritin 79 (two
spatone
with 500 mg vit c) I’m still feeling over active symptoms though I’ve also been tired since the AZ jab a month ago.

What's my next step?
I am taking 4000iu Vit D, magnesium and K2, thorne B vitamins, selenium and
spatone
. (B Vits stopped a week before bloods.) I'd be keen to hear opinions on my FT4/FT3 ratio. Thank you.

What should I do now?
I am eating liver once a week now and taking one sachet of
Spatone
each day. I haven't noticed an improvement yet but it has only been three weeks.

Need help raising Iron
I supplement with:
Spatone
liquid iron, 5 mg (recommended by forum user). I used to take 1-2 sachets per day but will raise to 4-6 per day. I feel much better taking liquid iron and feel I have some more energy than before, and reduced my bloat.

Blood Test Results from GP, very ill and no diagnosis
I’ve been taking Iron for 5 years (everything from
SpaTone
to Ferrous Sulphate and all in between) but my Ferritin has never gone above 28. I’m now at the point where I’m struggling to function and my elderly parents are having to help me. I can’t go on like this.

Supplement timing
I take: Metabolics B complex liquid Solgar Vitamin D3 1,000 IU Solgar Gentle Iron 20mg
Spatone
iron rich water 20ml sachet I’m going to add more in but doing it in 2 week intervals (K2 100ug and magnesium malate 200mg) I’m just wondering if taking them all at the same time is a good or bad idea

Is this an autoimmune flare up....or some sort of low Ferritin hinterland?
This despite increased consumption of liver and addition of 1 x
Spatone
daily to get my Ferritin up. 2) My white blood cells were also low 2.7 (bottom of range was 3.9).

Spatone allergic reaction
I have been recommended to take
spatone
which is water infused iron sachet but I’m just worried about an allergic reaction. Is this something possible? Or common?

Is there anything I can do to improve further?
I'm already gluten free and am supplementing with
spatone
, vitamin D oral spray, Ingennus B complex, selenium and magnesium spray. I think my ferritin could be better so will work to improve this. Is there anything else I could do?

Ferritin 19
I have been taking
spatone
during pregnancy and since although I must admit I’m not religious with it lately. I am breastfeeding- more concerned how this will affect baby. Stuck where to go now, as the last time I had an appointment with GP booked she didn’t ring.
