Efficacy of Radium-223 in Bone-Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer With and Without Homologous Repair Gene Defects
This is another small-sample piece on radionuclides and Homologous Repair Defects. Dr. Sartor also made an additional comment on this piece right here. I'm hoping to see genetic profiling becoming a standard procedure for all cancer patients. "TAKE-HOME MESSAGE Somatic tumor and germline DNA testing

What’s worse. Bradycardia or AF?
The hospital put me on 6 Sando- effervescent tablets to get my
sodium
levels up. A few days later I was back in, following waking with very heavy sweats. I then reverted back to AF before getting my HR right. That was about four days ago.

I'm new, any help would be great for on my Sodium issue. :)
I'm not sure while I wait for the scan should I cut down one of them, and try looking for a lower
sodium
option in case that are the cause for my sudden liver issues?

Docetaxel treatment update
I thought it would be interesting to share results from my first 5 sessions of chemo and maybe get some thoughts. Cycle 1, 2, 4 and 5 have been mainly low impact from side effects, fatigue is always tough through days 3-7 but after a week the energy comes back. I've hopefully mitigated any neuropathy

PD Diet
Today, I read in a NKF article that cottage cheese is not a good choice (i always questioned my doctor b/c regular cottage cheese is a bit high in
sodium
, and is dairy, so I told the clinic's renal dietician and she didn't really say "yea" or "nay" about eating cottage cheese any time).

CKF 3 Plant based diet
(I have no history of diabetes or HBP) my
sodium
, potassium levels are within range and my phosphorous is actually low. I also have low vitamin D. Not sure why the plant based diet vs a renal diet.
