I’m now at 205Lbs with diet& exercise ( no sugar, carbs bread rice pasta , dairy , fried foods- ONLY veggies, egg white veggie omelets, olive oil , avocado, low sodium nuts , wild caught Salmon , no sodium homemade veggie chili , beans , lots of black coffee , water , green tea and sometimes strawberries
