DOES ANYONE TAKE SONATA, LUNESTA, or RESTORIL for their RLS and if so, does it work for you?
Dr. Buchfuchrer's website list a host of drugs that have been prescribed over the years for RLS and their effects. Wondering if anyone takes either of these three for insomnia and RLS?

Prebiotics, probiotics and now postbiotics. What they are and how can they improve our gut health?
Postbiotics are essentially the by-products of our gut microbiota. In other words, your body produces postbiotics after digesting prebiotic and probiotic foods. Kidney biopsy for elevated creatinine
My 68 yr old husband had a kidney transplant 7 weeks ago. We are at the hospital now getting a biopsy due to his rising creatinine levels. I have been so worried that his body is rejecting the new kidney, but after reading these informative posts, I am hopeful and less nervous.

APPROVED FOR KIDNEY TRANSPLANT BUT NEED A DONOR...HOW DO I GET MY STORY OUT? So scared about dialysis before getting a kidney.
Hi Sweet Friends.... hope everyone is hanging in there and doing well. I was approved for transplant at Mayo and am so grateful. My dear husbandand wanted to give me on of his kidneys but during his testing they found dangerously low platelets and found he has idiopathic ITP. After 2 hospitalizations

Travel insurance within the UK.
I'm travelling from Essex to Belfast next month and am looking for travel insurance. With belfast being in the UK I wonder if I actually need cover anyway. I am over 200 days post stem cell transplant and it will be my first time travelling abroad as such since the start of covid in 2020. I am considering

Post Liver Transplant
I am worried about how my hands, body and voice always shaky and is been 5 weeks after my operation. I get dizzy when I am standing at one place for long. I would like to know from someone who has been in my position if I honestly will go back to being the same. Like going gym, lifting weight, playing

Psych evaluation
Hi! This is for those of you who are either on the liver transplant list or who have had a transplant. What I'd like to know is whether you were given a psychological evaluation or a one-to-one conversion with a trained therapist as to how to deal with serious organ rejection should it occur.

High fit test and now visible bleeding
Hi Guys, I’ve had a change in my bowel habits for the last 4 months. Got a lot lot looser and sometimes the smell was quite bad. I finally managed to get an appointment to see the GP when I realised that it wasn’t going away. I assumed I maybe just had a tummy bug. The GP arranged for me to do a FIT

Small Bowel Obstruction
Hi all, just curious if anyone else has been diagnosed with a
small
bowel
obstruction (SBO) from adhesions as a result of their
transplant
? I'm almost 5 years post-SPK transplant and have had about 11 hospital admissions for SBO in the last 3 years.

Lowing my mind
My symptoms started about 3 months ago, with a change in bowel habits....looser and more frequent 2/3 time a day and heartburn which I'd never suffered with before. That's not changed but other things have happened in the last couple of weeks, really loud gurgling in stomach a few hours after eating

You are what you breath - but what you breath varies...
MY reason for writing this is one or two people liked my answers about the strange world of breathing. I am not a clinician, nor a scientist so beware taking me literally. However some things are self-evident dear Watson. We breath in a mixture of oxygen (20%) , nitrogen (79%) and a tiny amount
