Small Bowel Obstruction

Hi all, just curious if anyone else has been diagnosed with a small bowel obstruction (SBO) from adhesions as a result of their transplant? I'm almost 5 years post-SPK transplant and have had about 11 hospital admissions for SBO in the last 3 years.

So sorry to hear this. It's a known complication for transplanted folks but it didn't happen to my hubby (with the transplant). However, my brother wrestles with it - he's been hospitalized several times for it and now stays on a strict no fiber diet. It's not a fun situation! Stay strong, it can be managed.
