Opicapone
Has anyone tried opicapone with
Sinemet
cr. I have been told you can't take them together. As I take
Sinemet
cr through the day but it's not lasting very long now only about hour and a half and I wanted a way to extend it.

I only take
Sinemet
(3 25/100 and 1 50/200 every 4 hours 24/7) and Gabapentin 600 mg a day. I believe exactly the opposite. Here are a dozen studies on just one supplement - vitamin D, posted a few hours ago by easilly, as just one, of hundreds, of examples.

Newbie Question
Ended up at a neurologist who prescribed an increasing dose of generic
Sinemet
starting with a 1/2 pill (25/100) once a day and increasing a half pill a day to eventually 2 pills 4x day. He's still not at full strength (I believe yesterday he did 1.5 pills 4x).

Tapering Sinemet
I have been taking
Sinemet
in a very low dosage of 6/25-25 for the last 2 months for the first time to help my dystonia but it didn’t work much so I am tapering it off to stop taking it completely in the next few days. Please share your thoughts about stopping
Sinemet
here.

Another newbie
He put me on
sinemet
, and it helped my resting tremor. I'm currently on
sinemet
25/100 4 x daily. I've been getting along pretty well, but recently, I'm really having trouble focusing, staying on task and my cognitive skills have really diminished.

Anyone else not helped by dopamine agonists?
Hi Everyone - I've been on levodopa (specifically
Sinemet
Plus three times a day) for three and a half years and it has worked very well but now I am starting to get worse symptoms again: slow movement, weakness, stooped gait, poor motor skills etc.

Using carbonated drinks to take Sinemet.
I'm on Stalevo but use
Sinemet
as needed if I'm down hard. Try it, works for me. By the way not having sciatica now I can almost tolerate my off times.

Insomnia and Sinemet
I have taken
Sinemet
plus and entecapone 4 times a day, rasagaline, 24mg ropinirole (split into three doses). Have been taking
sinemet
cr at 11pm for a while as I felt that I needed some PD meds during the night. However it never seems to do anything.

Rx vs. Supplements your thoughts please
Why do I think taking Levocarb and
Sinemet
will have negative results somewhere in my body? Is it because, when listening to tv commercials, on any drug, there are always many possible side effects? I am intelligent and need to justify my beliefs or change them.

Will taking mucuna pruriens (instead of Sinemet) prevent peripheral neuropathy?
Is the peripheral neuropathy a side effect of Carbidopa, or a reaction to the downtime from
Sinemet
?
