Rigidity getting worse in a period of two weeks

Hi, after a relative stable period, I have experienced now, an increasing rigidity (even almost cramps) a long my whole right site. (even in my jaw muscles). At most in the afternoon, about 15.00 - 16.00. Taking 3 times a day Sinemet 25/100 (morning , noon , 17.00) and still experimenting with Mucuna.

The weather has been nice , although a kind of stress period >>> continuing working or not.....eating has been normal as always.

I went to a dentist who give me some injections (only that) with Lidocaine.

After three year still totally no symptoms left.

What can I do : take an extra Sinemet (evening) ? Start to use Mannitol ? Doing more swimming, or other kind of smooth, repetitive rotation movements (but witch Sport) ? CBD ?

And what could be the cause ??

Thank you for advice !!!

(and by the way : did somebody find new posts (in 2017, 2018) about TMJ and

Parkinsons ??(older videos still remain (Dr. Stack, Dr. Jennings, Dr. Demerjian)))

Emergen C helps me with rigidity. It took about 3 weeks but it definitely helps. It has a lot of good vitamins as well as magnesium & electrolytes.

Increasing your medication may help and worth a try.

Stress is in how we perceive things. Do what you can to reduce stress and engage help for this if you need it.

Get started on high dose thiamine.

Any exercise you are able to do is good.

Try mannitol. It seems very effective and for the price it's worth trying for a month. Nothing to lose really!

Hi Astra7 >>> can you say where I can get good mannitol ?

There was a post some weeks ago, who mentioned "good" mannitol, mannitol who didn't cause "gasing". (can't find it anymore...)

Something in this group of supplements that I take daily greatly helped my worsening stiffness/ridgetity... Dr Constantini's Thiamine hcl protocol, 750 mg. curcumen, mineral complex, mucuna puriens, and 30-40 minutes 4 times a week exercise, movement to music, stretching.

Hi ! Can you say the branch of that mineral complex and the curcumin you use ??

And which exercise you do ??

I use SOLARAY MEGA MULTI MINERAL, and Terry Naturally CuraMed. This curcumin is strong. Also, cur cumin is blood thinning,an anti coagulant, so if you're on aspirin, resevertrol, blood thinning drugs be careful. RE Multi minerals, they are good because the minerals are all in proportion, but you may want to check up more info on magnesium for spasms as it is known for being a muscle relaxer. Maybe add a little more magnesium.

RE EXERCISES I'm a pieces so I make up, and change routines a lot, but now I use the treadmill 30-40 min 3-4 times a week, spend 5 min before/after/or during on a rowing machine. On alternate days I use 3 lb weight and hold out straight from my front, to my side side for a minute, also march with my arms only going up/down, use an old racquet and hit pretend ball, anything to stretch out my arm, I do this all to music. The beat helps.

I just checked out side effects of Sinemet and one is unusual, and uncontrolled movements of different parts of the body...maybe check with your doctor too.
