I contacted the Justice Department about Missing GP Notes.
I contacted the Justice department about missing GP notes. They say it's the Department for Health responsibility. Talk about passing the buck. There was a post about the Freedom of Information Act on thyroid UK a few days ago. GP's passing notes on to insurance companies. The NHS refusing to install

Does anyone know what Acute kidney injury on CKD means, my renal consultant put this on my letter to my Doctor.
I was referred for a KUB ultrasound scan, which showed several cortisol cysts. I saw my renal consultant at the end off December, who advised me about my diet and said he would see me again in four to six weeks, I had an appointment in March, which has since been delayed until April, i am a bit worried

What effect does the taking of neoral have on kidney function.
I had a liver transplant nearly one year ago. Since then my dose of neoral has been reduced steadily from 250 mgm twice per day to around 75-100 mg. This indicates how well my new liver is working. However my kidney function is slightly diminished and I wonder if anyone out there can give me information
