Apnea/a fib connection?
I am due for an ablation on July 16th....My question is this: I am also due for a sleep study, because I think I might have sleep apnea which is causing me to wake up with a fibs.....Should I wait for the results of the sleep study before having an ablation and scarring my heart maybe unnecessarily,

My experience with mental health and First Episode Psychosis.
The way in which acute Psychosis can affect your life is so overwhelming that I thought I’d write a piece to spread awareness and combat the stigmatization that this symptom of mental health illness has in our society. I have had a few years of struggles with anxiety, panic attacks and depression,

Is my diagnosis of Periodic Limb Movement Disorder Correct?
In February this year I went to Guys Hospital Sleep Clinic for an overnight Sleep Study. My experience was that I didn't sleep all night. I know this because I heard the entirity of my audiobook, every word! I knew the story and I know when I miss parts of an audio book out overnight. I was aware

Withdrawal from Mirapexin.
I had got my Mirapexin down to 1/4 of a tab and stopped taking it Friday. I was on a low dose, 0.26 mg fir 6 yrs. The 3 days since then have been a nightmare. I cannot sit or stand just have to walk. Have some respite in the mornings. I am taking Tramadol. Should I re introduce the 1/4 tab until I can

Dealing with Shame & Anxiety
I experienced PPP about 6 months ago. They debated if it was truly PPP or a new diagnosis of bipolar. I personally believe it was PPP anyways, I absolutely humiliated myself and so many people had to get involved to get me to agree to be hospitalized. I had crazy delusions and honestly went absolutely

Clonazepam and anxiety.
Does anyone have experience with clonazepam for 'off' period anxiety? Or positive results with other medications? My PWP suffers at times with severe anxiety and fear that seems to interfere with the efficacy of her madopar doses (175mg 5 times a day). She's off more than on at present.

Hi All, as you know I have now been on buprenorphine tablets (low dose) for 10 months with HUGE success.I have recently flown 11 hours from Heathrow to Arizona with NO RLS. My legs did go crazy for my first few days in the US until I worked out the time difference. My question is has anyone lost weight

ECT and VNS
I’m out of things to try and feeling very desperate . Does anyone have any experience with either of these treatments? I’m truly suffering and I’m not sure how much more I can take. I’ve tried so many medications and alternative therapies I’m very lonley and I’m worried my depression will never stop.

Good News!!!
My dr. approved the buprenorphine for me. I am thinking positive that it will work. She is giving me the patch. I am excited. I have to discontinue the horizant though which surprised me and of course discontinue the oxycodone. Hopefully now you won't have to listen to me complaining and I will

My Story
Hello all! I've never really shared my story.. If you can relate, have suggestions or anything feel free to comment or message me. Thanks in advance. My first panic attack and anxiety started when I was 10. I developed a fear of elevators. It made going to places, like doctors, hotels, ect. very difficult

Permanent AFib
Started on Digoxin .25 daily for past six days and cut Lopressor down to 25 twice a day. Am going to try to wean off. HR 80-110. Generally do not feel well and am going to revisit ablation. I had blurring of vision and dizziness on higher doses of Lopressor alone. Last cardioversion only lasted

I hope this finds everyone well. It's kind of a rainy day here in Georgia. Let me come to my point to see if there are any of you who might be going through the same thing as me. Every once in awhile I get what I've been calling over the years "spells". I suddenly become unbelievably sleepy. I can
