UPSET WITH MYSELF
I wanted to go to a Small Group at my church tonight, as time got near, I had a meltdown and didn’t make it out the door. I just don’t know what I am going to do about this agoraphobia! It’s so frustrating! I have been watching my church on-line for months now because I can’t seem to be able to face

Sleep studies and RLS
Hello everyone. What have been your experiences of sleep studies, and how useful have they been in managing your RLS? Have they actually contributed at all to resolving your RLS symptoms? Or is their benefit just to make you aware of which sleep disorders you have and which you don’t? I ask because

Depression isn't like people think. It's not sadness. It's a weight. I don't feel like doing anything except eating and playing video games. I know exercise would help. But I can't get myself to do it. I know talking to loved ones would help. But I can't figure out how to make a call. I manage

I am now on 15mg norspan patch, this is keeping the leg at a bearable level. I still have to fight the tugging and pulling 24/7 but it is not so severe that I want to end it all when the patch is on. They seem to have given up now and not trying anything else. I have arranged nerve conduction studies

Help. What can I do?
I have a relative who is anorexic and in recovery. I buy in calorie laden food for them and am trying to lose weight, live alone and am struggling with this problem. Can anyone suggest what to do as I keep the food in a cupboard away from the kitchen but still eat it and my weight is going up not down

After being diagnosed with ADHD last year it explains why some things i find nigh impossible to do, it creates a mental block, whilst other things are often easier than the majority can manage, the key to managing this annoying condition is not to beat oneself up about it. Things, regimens, etc that are probably RLS worthless.
THINGS THAT DO NOT WORK FOR RLS All of us with RLS/PLMD have slightly different symptoms. We have tried various 'remedies' to try to relieve our RLS symptoms. We have read articles, some interesting, some ridiculous (bar of soap) that make amazing promises. And there is an entire array of things to
