Scopolamine
I now have in my possession oral
scopolamine
(works faster than the patches). I searched the archives and could find no mention of this drug. Does anyone know if this drug will affect my RLS and if so will it make it better or worse? Thank you.

we are here
just need to get it out! We have reached end of life. Emergency meds are being used and Jon now has pneumonia. Day 3 of meds, day 2 of pneumonia and date 2 of hyoscine via a drip from the awful box! Last night was relatively easy from the 3 previous nights. I’m not sure what’s hardest, will today

Unusual reaction to medication
Her GP saw her and assessed that her chest was clear but gave her a new medication to try that might help with fluid in her throat -
Scopolamine
in a patch. She became even more unwell, very confused and weak and ultimately became very distressed and appeared to be hallucinating.

The effect of combined oral treatment, for 28 successive days, on cognitive function and other AD-like alterations was studied in

Kwells / Hyoscine Hydrobromide contraindication
Does anyone happen to know why those with thyroid problems or heart conditions and those over 60, (I have all three) should speak to their doctor before taking these for motion sickness. A pharmacist who was aware of my medical conditions suggested Kwells for me. Only just read the pil in full. I haven

Excessive saliva!
I get Botox shots every 12 weeks in my salivary glands and wear a
scopolamine
patch that gets changed every 72 hours! My neurologist suggested that I go to an ENT doctor to discuss having my salivary gland removed! Has anyone had this done?

Parkinson's, Dizziness, Tinnitus and Hearing Loss
Scopolamine
patches are highly effective but they require a prescription. If you have experienced dizziness, tinnitus or hearing loss in connection with PD this is a good place to tell your story.
