Obstructive asthma or Asthma - COPD overlap - confused
Peak flow best is 250 - 200 I feel ok on this with help of
salbutamol
in the day. Apparently been like this a couple of years, before that I was between 380-350. I also take seretide 500 twice a day, I did go down to 250 but that increased the
salbutamol
usage.

Anyone had an asthma attack made worse by using Salbutamol?
And some of the symptoms I was having was a side effect of the
Salbutamol
along with panic. This was a relief but I am now scared to use my
Salbutamol
inhaler too much if I have an attack again as it feels like it made my breathing worse.

Chronic lung pain but few other signs
My daily treatment is triple inhaler plus
Salbutamol
when needed. I'm reluctant to go to my GP as investigations often come back clear, but I sleep very badly, and the left lower lung area hurts quite a bit both day and night.

Ongoing infections and asthma
I take fostair 200/6, spirivia respirmat, montelukast and currently take 2-8 puffs of
salbutamol
roughly 4 hourly and wake up most nights with a tight chest. Does anyone have any suggestions of why I can not seem to get rid of the infection?

Am I in the correct vaccine stage?
I take Montelukast and fostair, supplemented by
salbutamol
. Should I be higher up the scale?

Post Covid recovery - struggling
Currently needing 10 puffs of
Salbutamol
before taking Fostair and Spiriva to get my PF to an acceptable level. Also struggling. with medication side effects. Now have an upset tummy. Feels like what little I am managing to eat is going straight through Me.

Fostair fast heart rate
Having more than just clenil and
salbutamol
to think about is all very new to me. I'm taking montelukast too in case that matters. 😕

B12 symptoms/fluticasone
Question: I’ve been recovering from b12 deficiency since February 2019. Probably 3-4 years or more of being deficient. Seemed like I was doing better. Have itchy feeling on skin since Aug 2019- don’t know if it’s allergies or nerve problems. Anxiety had gone. Now-anxiety and stomach issues are back

What's the next step?
I am usually a very well controlled asthmatic - take sirdupla 125/25 two puffs twice a day and rarely if ever need to use my
salbutamol
inhaler. Most of my asthma attacks have been able to be managed at home.. as I often get some warning symptoms of having to use my inhaler more.

How can this be allowed?
I am better practically symptomless in the day, but can have acute attacks that come from nowhere, are reversed with
salbutamol
within a few minutes and I can then go about my day.

Inhaler issues
Well.. like I have posted earlier having issues with finding an inhaler that I do not have horrible side effects from. I am still recovering from extreme eye irritation and eye and sinus dryness from Spiriva. So now my doctor said to use my Albuterol inhaler as needed and an order for a neubulizer and

Just another blip in the road.
My good run came to an end in July when some fat in my oven had dripped to the base (electric oven) and as I opened the door I inhaled so much smoke I was instantly struggling, I was blue lighted to hospital and ended up in ITU in an infusion of
salbutamol
.
