Well.. like I have posted earlier having issues with finding an inhaler that I do not have horrible side effects from. I am still recovering from extreme eye irritation and eye and sinus dryness from Spiriva. So now my doctor said to use my Albuterol inhaler as needed and an order for a neubulizer and vials if liquid Albuterol . Is there anyone that just uses Albuterol for COPD?

Sorry, can't answer your question, but just want to wish you good luck with this.
Sorry can't help with that x
Hope they sort this soon for you.
Have had no major problem with Spiriva, very slight eye irritation but thats all. Been taking it since August, prescribed by private consultant after having been TOTALLY let down by NHS. Still waiting for NHS respiritry consultant to see me!
I think that is Ventolin and believe there are several here who use Ventolin, but generally not as their only inhaler as it is short acting, more of an emergency inhaler for sudden symptoms, but hopefully others will respond. I don’t use Ventolin so can’t offer much advice.
