The next drug I am considering is Actemra. My concern is two fold. One, I have mild diverticulitis and cardiac

To all Warriors with experience ?
To all experienced warriors ! Where do we go from here ? Has anyone with systemic RD participated in trials beyond Biologics? Stem cell or other approaches which have been successful. I am having a difficult time finding drugs my system will tolerate. I am allergic to all NSAID's , Sulfa, Lefludamide

Walking again
After 2 and a half months since I fractured my tibia and fibula above the left ankle, I am walking again, slowly but surely. I still have a long ways to go with physical therapy and strengthening my leg muscles and ankle. This is the "baby steps" period. These last few days I am having intestinal difficulties

Fractured ankle
Dear friends, I fell on Easter fracturing the tibia and the fibula right above the ankle. I had surgery to stabilize the fractures with a plate on each side of the fracture and screws to hold the plates. Three weeks later, I am in a purple fiberglass cast, and can not bear any weight on this leg. I

Actemra
Has anyone taken Actemra infusions? I do not do well with drugs and my Rhumy has suggested it as I don't want to try the Mehotrexate due to all the side effects. She feels Actemra is worse on the body though. I don't want either. Started Dec. 0f 2014 on 60 mgs Prednisone for GCA after biopsy, had

Severe headache for past two days
Dear friends, I have had an increasing severity in headaches the past 2 days. I have GCA/PMR and am presently taking Prednisone 40mg. The pain has been in the temple areas, pain and pressure over left and now right eye. I also have pain in forehead. I have tried strong pain medications, cold wash cloths

RoActemra
Hi I'd love to know how others have got on with
RoActemra
injections - not infusions. I'm beginning
RoActemra
, just did the second weekly injection. The blurb says it might take 2-12 weeks to feel an improvement.

Re: discussion on Paddison Program
Clint, I saw your comments to several people and I have some questions. I was diagnosed with RA 23 years ago. I was on Enbrel for 14 years till I started developing infections, including pneumonia. Just this year I have tried Orencia and Actemra. Neither worked for me. Next the Dr. is recommending Rutuxin
