Ryeqo, anyone on it or tried it?
Just started this today, apparently it's a new drug similar to prostap but in tablet form with hrt included, to be taken once a day for six months. When I picked my prescription up the chemist said the 3 month supply of tablets were very expensive and cost over £200 apparently! I work but i'm on universal

prostap
I have been on prostap injections for over 12 months I have noticed that I always started getting period pains midway through the month. Does this mean the injections are starting to wear off? This coincides with or for joint pain, which makes me think it is hormone fluctuations.

is a hysterectomy the answer?
I went to a private consultant last year who said I have endometriosis, she did an internal ultrasound and then listened to my symptoms to make her diagnosis. I have been on tibolone and prostap injections the past 8 months, and still having a lot of pelvis pain and bowel and bladder issues, so she says

Methylphenidate for "Parkinson's"
After having experimented occasionally with MPD over decades - long before being diagnosed with so-called "PD" - and now whilst having standard PD symptoms, I encourage the curious PwP to try methylphenidate to see if you get what are sometimes immediate and phenomenally positive effects on energy, mood

Anyone here unmedicated?
Hello! I'm wondering if there are very many folks here who have been diagnosed with ADHD and are unmedicated like me. After much research, I self-diagnosed two years ago at age 74 and this was confirmed by my PCP. However, my doctor will not prescribe stimulants for anyone. She prescribed non-stimulant

Ritalin Long Acting vs Immediate Release
Hi All, I tried switching to LA Ritalin (20mg). I noticed that LA makes me a bit more slow and sluggish Although does last longer. It's like random waves and unpredictable. Although it lasts longer. Short acting makes me more energetic and lively. Like short burst of energy. Also my mood seems better

Femseven conti patches
Hi,Has anyone been prescribed femseven conti patches? I've been prescribed these by the nurse at the GP surgery as an alternative to evorel as they were making me bleed and my anxiety was really bad. I've read on the packet they could increase fibroids so not sure I should be taking them. I'm on 3

Need Small Support group for Adult Males who cannot take Rx for ADHD but are refining/building successful coping strategies
I think the key thing here is the inability to take medication. I took Ritalin first for about a month and then atomoxetine, or generic strattera, and they both absolutely destroyed my ability to sleep, which made everything worse. Wow... I do not wish that on anoyne. That said, I'm one of those dads

Last chance saloon or what?
My most recent PSA score went up to 9.04 from 2.45 in March, 2.14 in January 1.05 in November and it was 0.61 in August. I finished Docetaxyl chemotherapy on 7th Septemb er last year so I've only been on Prostap with prednisolone since then. My onco says he will arrange urgent bone scan and full body

Has anyone tried saffron?
I’ve been having a hard time finding the right dose for Adderall and it’s been making me very frustrated. My doctor asked me if I had tried saffron. This surprised me because he is a very conservative doctor. There was a very short article in Pyschology Today that said children and adolescents

Vyvanse titration and career thoughts/tangent
This started as a question about medication titration but spun off on a little tangent about my work and career that felt relevant... A little background... After reading an article a (ADHD diagnosed) friend sent me (6 months ago) about ADHD in relationships (relating to this all too much), staring

Prostap for Endometriosis?
Hi everyone, I’d like to know if you’ve had experience where you’ve been put on Prostap for suspected endometriosis/ fibroids and NOT had improvement from it, and subsequently had laproscopy where endometriosis HAS been found? I’ve been on Prostap (with Tibolone HRT) for 6 months but with limited improvement

Return of my period?
September 2022 I stopped having Prostap injections. I had my first period in over 3 years on 20th March 2023. I then had my right ovary & more Endo removed on 17th April. I did not have a period in April, which I assumed was due to the surgery, but it still hasn’t arrived in May? Anyone else experienced

Endo on lungs?
Hi If anyone has thoracic endo, can I ask how it was diagnosed please? I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo following laparoscopy 2 years ago. It was found on my diaphragm which would explain the near constant right sided shoulder pain I have been experiencing for years, and the breathlessness on climbing

Adult ADHD
After years of diagnosis of "anxiety" and insomnia since childhood and Major depression. This YEAR, 2023, I was diagnosed as ADD and Bipolar. Taking Ritalin has the same feeling in my brain as that moment you sink away into a warm bath. It is quiet, peaceful and calm in there. The world is organized,
