Results. Advice please.
Hello, I have my recent blood test results as follows: FT4 <1.3pmoL/L 10.8 -25.5 TSH 0.09mIU/L 0.27-4.2 FT3 5.2pmol/L 3.1-6.8 I am still really hypo. Could this just be down to low vitamins and minerals.

I have a recollection of being told / reading about timing of taking other medication being important but can’t find it to refresh myself. My sister has had stage 4 cirrhosis since 2016 she has periods of drinking in that time. She had a gastrointestinal haemorrhage in 2022. When she is in a good place she looks after herself and then goes into a low mood and starts drinking at this point she cuts me off. She totally denies she has had

T3 clearing the body
Hello Thanks to all who help on this list. Sorry I can't offer more help, still , it seems, in some post Covid state. I tried to look through past posts to see how long T3 takes to leave the system. I think it was recommended not to take for 8 hours before a blood test. I'm going to get some

Sent recent MMH to GP
My results demonstrate very poor T3 conversion +now await to see if she will agree to blood tests for vit levels for Vit D, B12, ferritin etc. May I ask, if she believes these are 'within range' (that's if she agrees to the blood tests), what can I do to improve these levels? Presently I take D3/K2+B12
