Cold water!
I went swimming for the first time yesterday since my diagnosis of PAF 18 months ago. I'm on holiday in France at the moment. It was an outdoor pool and it's hot here so the water felt really cold. I went in waist deep and then ducked under. I swam for a few metres then realised I was in AF. I guess

Been a bit quiet, been a bit low. Repeating a week...
Hello all,So I've been fighting a cold/cough bug since the tail end of my hols last week. The last run I managed was on Monday of this week, so I'm feeling a bit disappointed in myself, but every intention of getting back to it today after work š¤š¾ I've now decided it was "ok" to let my body rest,

RLS nightmare
I have had Rls for about 10 years now and am currently on Ropinirole 4mg. Nights are ok but itās the daytime attacks that are becoming a nightmare now. I just did a 4 hour flight to Europe and despite being early morning, within half an hour my legs were going ballistic. I spent the next 3 1/2 hours

buprenorphine patch - any advice?
Hello, my GP has agreed to prescribe me the buprenorphine patch 5mg starting from Monday. He will not prescribe tablets at this point - he feels the patch will give me better coverage for both the pain in my joints and also my chronic restless legs and will counter the continual withdrawal type issues

RLS/BUPRENORPHINE/ BREATHING
Iām curious if anyone else has had sleep/breathing issues with buprenorphine. I use a sleep tracker and it started alerting me to a very serious sleep apnea problem which I have never had prior to buprenorphine. I have struggled with bup anyway. It helps the RLS for sure and it is the only thing that
