interesting research thanks for posting. Rasagaline was added into my husbands mix after 4 years of levadopa. Hard to know if it slows progression but he seems to be doing ok after 8 years of PD.

In the article it says “second generation “. Has there been an improvement on the original Rasagiline please?

Have taken it for 9 years....progression has been slow. Hard to know what is working but my neuro says to carry on. ????

The linked article is a little misleading as it does not date the clinical trials - they were done years ago and the outcomes (showed symptomatic improvement) have been discussed at length so nothing new here.

Yes! it really works! But since I started doing FAST WALKING, every second day, I have not needed any medication since 1994. Take control of your life and start to live again, medication-free and very active. I am now 88 and over this last weekend I walked in a 3 K race for Pd patients and finished it. I have been walking since 1992 and nobody woiuld ever know I have PD!

Hi John, is it too late to do this fast walking for 68yo PWP with pain, dyskinesia, tremor, rigidity, walk slow and bradykisia dominant PD?
