Groin pain
I had intense radiation therapy 6 months ago and all seems to be going well; however, a dull pain (sometimes pretty intense) has developed in my right groin. I can’t think of any way that I might have injured this area, and I’m wondering if there is any correlation with my treatment.

IBRT/SBRT Radiation and ADT
I have heard so many horrifying things here about adverse reactions to those who were prescribed ADT in conjunction with or shortly after radiation treatment. Has anyone forgone taking ADT therapy or does that ruin any progress made from radiation? I have read there is no evidence ADT actually improves

28 day versus 3 monthly Zoladex side effect -
I know it’s a bit unusual to have the monthly ones for long but it just happened with me as they weren’t sure if I could cope with the standard 18-24 months ADT due to my other conditions but seems I am probably able to - so going for it, given my G9 high risk and

PSA increasing during radiation treatment
Hi all, Please refresh my memory. Can PSA increase during radiation treatment due to cancer cells dying off? Last month 0.14 and today 0.26. On day #4 of radiation treatment. Thanks!

Nsclc stage 4 with brain mets
He started chemo and
radiotherapy
in Jan and was told although not curative they could help manage and prolong his life. We felt positive as it was two singular tumours, although fairly large, there was just one in the lung and one in the brain.

Hemorrhoid treatment after Brachytherapy for Prostate Cancer
I was being treated for Hemorrhoids 2 years ago when I learned that I needed to have treatment for prostate cancer. I decided on HDR Brachytherapy. ADT was ceasing to be effective and my PSA had risen to 6.75. Since 2020 my PSA has been slowly rising to its present level of 1.14. I am getting some intermittent pain from the site of the met on my rib (the other was on vertebra T10).

Jevtana (Cabazitaxel) before Xofigo (Radium 223)
I have to say my instinct was to try
radiotherapy
before going back to chemo. The Docetaxel has not really reduced my PSA and it is climbing. Mets are mainly in the bones. I'd be grateful for any views and experience of this, either internationally or in UK. Thanks
