Will be 20 months after
Radical
Prostatectomy
, so that would be a reasonable wait time. Plus I am covered by my wife's insurance, which will expire after I am 65 on January 2016.

Iatrogenic traumatisation, #1
Iatrogenic, for those not quite in the way of showing off, is illness caused as a result of medical treatment. Which could be another name for most of the sites on HU, I suspect. There should be a formal name for an iatrogenic illness by proxy, since as a result of the experience of my husband's treatment

Medical marijuana questions
Hi everyone! I just received my official med. marijuana ID (and my mom's caregiver ID) in the mail. I live in NY & it was prescribed to me for chronic pain and muscle spacticity. I'm totally naive to it and nervous to try. I'm interested in high CBD/low THC strains for Pain prevention and hybrid strains

Focused radiation on the met lymph node
I visited Dr. William Oh at Mt Sinai on Monday. My PET/CT oncologic scan showed a right obturator (groin) lymph node lighting up. A met. So Dr Oh proposes focused radiation on the met lymph node that will include hormone deprecation for about six months total. About four years ago I had a prostatectomy

2017-NEW STEM CELL TREATMENT FOR ED... ANY MEN INTERESTED IN HAVING STEM CELL TREATMENT DONE?
A study published earlier this month found more than half of men lost the ability to have sex after
radical
prostatectomy
— extensive surgery done to remove a cancerous prostate. That's more than the 40 percent or so of men treated using external beam radiation.

I had a prostatectomy in March 2012 and I'm now into my sixth year as a "survivor". I am currently in a fairly good positionI No pads and adequate erections. I have felt though that the outcome would have been very different if I hadn't researched things along the way because the information I was

My husband Doug is currently 70 and had a
radical
prostatectomy
in 2006 with radiation and hormone therapy following surgery. In November 2016, we found out that his cancer had returned and had metastasized to his bones with multiple tumors throughout his spine, hips, femur, shoulder and ribs.
