Thank You
I originally took Plaquenil which was then changed to
Quinoric
with its foul taste. Didn’t know there were alternatives. Have got pharmacist to give me Zentiva. What a difference! ❤️

Black Rock Sickness
Hi everyone I was prescribed
quinoric
200mg over 3 weeks ago. Struggled everyday taking them as the taste was foul, tried with milk juice etc, no other side effects though. Contacted doctor to plead for a different make and he got me Black Rock.

Quinoric
Quinoric
200mg a day. Tablet tastes so foul. I take it with milk to get rid of the bitterness. The million dollar question is....How long does it take to work ? My skin is terrible with lumps and bumps and so red and sore. I have a new lump today under my eye, painful to pressure.

A shortage of Quinoric
I have been told by my pharmacist that there is a shortage of
Quinoric
. Have others experienced this? If this is the case, can we petition the government or is there anything else we can do about it?

#hydroxychloroquineretinopathy
I'm in Wales and been phoning around this morning to see which pharmacies have Zentiva: not a single one so far and the
Quinoric
is in very short supply, a box or 2 with no more being ordered because they are out of stock.

RA diagnosis without joint deformity
First appt in Rheumatology I was told probable fibromyalgia, second opinion with a second rheumatologist in Rheumatology still thinks it is maybe fibromyalgia but is treating me with
quinoric
and gave me a cortisone injection during the appointment (which was 2 weeks ago). It seems to have worked.

Is anybody having trouble getting Zentiva?
I prefer Zentiva over
Quinoric
, but my pharmacist is having trouble getting it - apparently the suppliers just keep delivering
quinoric
even though my prescription is for Zentiva. Is anybody else having trouble? I’m wondering if switching pharmacy would help.

At my wits end and need help
I take citralopam for anxiety, sulfasalize for my AS and
Quinoric
tablets for lupus. With all this I still hurt and am still exhausted. I have seen an endocrinologist 2 years ago and he couldn’t find a problem. A few people have said my issues all sound thyroid related but the doctor says no.

Five months post Hydroxychloroquine allergic reaction....
Interestingly, I bumped into my former Rheumy who was shocked at the body rash etc; he thought the fillers in
Quinoric
were the likely culprit. I'm now anxious about trying any other drug; GPS, Rheumatologists etc hadn't seen such a violent reaction!

Zentiva- Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate
Then came the crunch, the Nhs no longer licensed Plaquenil and the generic drugs took over, mainly
Quinoric
. I tried
Quinoric
and had adverse reactions e.g. rashes, joint aches and bad mood swings.

Quinoric
I’ve been taking
Quinoric
tablets twice a day for 14 weeks and have been suffering with daily stomach cramps . Some days they are very brief and others they bother me on and off all day. I do suffer with IBS and cannot tolerate Lactose.
